Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

The ECO 2009 organisers invite you to attend the opening ceremony and join us for food and drinks at the Welcome Reception.

Delegate Evening - Amsterdam Museum Night

• Thursday 7th May
• Venue - TBC
• The cost is included in the Registration fee

In order to allow you the chance to sample some of Amsterdam’s culture - ECO 2009 delegates will have exclusive access to one of the city's famous museums.

Admission is included in the registration fees for Full Delegates. Places are limited and tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

NB: 1 ticket allocated per registration: if you would like additional ticket(s) for non registered guests please eco2009@easo.org

Young Investigators United

• Thursday 7th May
• The Amsterdam Bar at the RAI Centre
• There is no fee to attend this event but registration is required

A social event will follow the Young Investigators United workshop. Further details of the workshop will be on the Young Investigators United page of the website closer to the Congress.
 

Delegate Party

• Friday 8th May
• At the Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam
• Cost – €65

The ECO 2009 Delegate Party will take place at the Beurs van Berlage, which was built by Hendrik Petrus Berlage (1856-1934) for the Municipality of Amsterdam.

We invite all delegates to join us for an evening of Dutch hospitality, music and dance. Beurs van Berlage is located right in the city center, walking distance from the canals, several hotels, the Royal Palace and 5 minutes from Central Station.

Social Progamme tickets can be booked online as part of the registration.
