| Abstracts | Abstract submission is now closed This year, for the first time, oral presentations will be combined with the Review Sessions giving abstract submitters more opportunity to present their abstract. The Review Sessions, in addition to the two Invited Speakers, will include two 15-minute oral presentations from selected abstracts. For more details please see the Abstract Submission page. |
| Accommodation | Accommodation will be handled by our local partner organisation Congrex. For more details please see our accommodation page. |
| Certificate of Attendance | All registered delegates will receive a certificate of attendance. |
| Commercial Exhibition | The Commercial Exhibition will be the hub of the Congress and will be located close to the main auditorium. The exhibition will be combined with the poster areas and the catering points. For more information about exhibiting at ECO 2009 please email the Congress Secretariat. |
| Currency | The currency in The Netherlands and the official currency of the Congress is the Euro (€). |
| Language | The official language of the Congress is English - interpretation to other languages will not be available. |
| Registration | Only online registrations via this website will be accepted. For more details please see the Registration page. |
| Venue | The Congress will take place at the Amsterdam RAI. |
